The textbook is excellent. Social studies textbooks tend to be dense and overwhelm students with information that may not be critical to the state test. It is completely standards-aligned and even has specific Tennessee History information that was not available in other resources. It includes primary sources and a decent online system. It also has a fairly rigourous assessment piece with TNReady practice.
