Hole’s Essentials of Human Anatomy & Physiology

This is the first A&P curriculum I have used before. I thought the textbook was very thorough, and easy for students to read and understand. The instructional materials were really good. The presentations were very straightforward and in line with the book. I had to tweak them just a little bit to make sense to how I like to teach, but other than that, I thought they were easy to use. The additional learning resources were very extensive in the online platform. There was ample practice in a variety of ways like flashcards, questions, labeling, practice, tests, etc. there were several options for labs as well, including shorter labs and then longer, more involved labs. Both were really good. All the resources were available digitally and could be printed off and edited as needed. The curriculum provided great lesson plans and a variety of ideas for teaching the material. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for someone teaching anatomy and physiology!
